Dear Friends,

We are inviting you to kindly contribute to the Materiality Analysis we are performing as part of the PPC Group’s Sustainability Report. This process is extremely important to us, since PPC will be basing their future Sustainability Strategy and overall planning on the results of this process. Your active participation in this process as a trusted stakeholder is crucial, as it ensures the high quality and relevance of the results, and, therefore, the effective strategic planning for the PPC Group.

More specifically, we request your participation in the prioritisation (based on your own evaluation) of the relevant material issues on Sustainable Development for the Company, with the goal of aligning our corporate actions with the Sustainable Development Goals.

PPC S.A. attaches great importance to the views of all stakeholders and as such, we are in the process of conducting a Materiality Analysis based on the three ESG pillars: Environment, Society and Governance (economic, political, ethics issues, etc.). In this context, the Company has put together a short, anonymous* questionnaire to gather the views of its stakeholders.

We would like to clarify that the evaluation of each issue should not be based on the Company’s performance, but should rather reflect the importance that each Sustainable Development issue holds for you, in the company’s context.

We kindly ask you to spend some time (approximately 15 minutes) to answer this questionnaire; it has been designed based on the international Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.

PPC S.A., via Sympraxis Team and its partner Global Sustain, will collect and process your questionnaire responses anonymously*, in order to prioritise the issues that are important for the Company’s sustainable development.

* The completion of the questionnaire is conducted anonymously, without any identification of the participant in the process. PPC S.A. as well as the cooperating consulting companies, Sympraxis Team and its partner, Global Sustain (whose Privacy Policies you can find here and here respectively), do not store or process your personal or related data (e.g. name, surname, email address) in the context of this survey. The SurveyMonkey online platform (its Privacy Policy can be found here) is used for the distribution and processing of the questionnaires. Your contact details for the distribution of this invitation have been collected in the context of your previous transaction/collaboration with PPC SA.
